Sub: Complaint against the irregular delivery of the letter.
I am regularly using post services. I am filing this complaint of disappointment due to irregular service of the postman to our area. The nearby people also face a lot of trouble due to it. Many a time, letters are delivered to different addresses. Recently an important document that is to be delivered to me was lost by the post man. When I asked the post man, he responded lethargically. It cost me a huge sum to get a new document. I completely lost trust in the postal department with this incident. I request you to take immediate action on it

I have sent a registered book parcel on 1st December 2023. The receipt number is 26134 M. It was sent to Mr. Raju, No:5, Lakshmi Apartment, Chennai-14. So far, the book parcel has not been received by Mr. Raju even after 10 days. I humbly request you to inquire into the matter and do needful for receiving the parcel without any further delay.
